Account details (name, email, phone), booking details (address, schedule, notes), provider KYC documents, reviews and photos you upload, and basic device/usage data for security.
To match you with providers, process bookings and payments, verify provider identities, mediate disputes, and send service notifications (booking updates, chat alerts). We never sell your data.
Your name, phone and job address are shared with the assigned provider so they can reach you. Payment references go to the provider for verification. KYC documents are visible only to our verification team. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), sessions use signed tokens, traffic is HTTPS-only in production, and uploads are access-controlled. Local uploads on demo hosting may be ephemeral — production uses managed object storage.
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data any time via a support ticket or namaste@cheapflixnepal.live. We reply within one working day.
We use strictly-necessary storage (login session, language, saved providers). No advertising trackers.
