Cheapflix connects customers with independent providers. Providers perform the work as independent professionals; Cheapflix handles discovery, booking, messaging, reviews and dispute mediation.
The server-side estimate (hourly rate × hours + 5% service fee, minus valid promos) is authoritative. The provider must accept within 24 hours. Either side may cancel while pending; confirmed jobs follow the cancellation note on your booking.
Pay only after the job is marked complete — cash, eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer. Wallet references are verified (live gateway check where configured, otherwise provider confirmation). Paid bookings carry a printable receipt; refunds are requested from your dashboard and confirmed after money is returned.
The Verified badge requires citizenship documents, a skill check and supervised trial jobs. Providers must keep availability honest, arrive on time, and never ask for advance payment off-platform. Fake reviews or documents mean permanent removal.
Raise a support ticket within 48 hours of the job. We mediate, arrange a free re-visit where fair, and process refunds for eligible jobs. Chargebacks or abuse of the refund flow suspend the account.
One account per person, accurate details, no scraping, no harassment over chat. We may suspend accounts that threaten safety or platform integrity.
